Drive direct sales and technical support across the Bangalore region, focusing on refineries and heavy industry customers. Develop and manage customer relationships across refineries and industrial accounts in Bangalore (Karnataka and Kerala regions)Provide pre-sales consultation and recommend appropriate torque solutions Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, order processing, and delivery Travel regularly within assigned territory Track activity pipeline and report on sales progress Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or related field ~3–8 years of experience in industrial sales / technical sales ~ Exposure to oil & gas, refineries, power, or heavy industry strongly preferred ~ Solid growth opportunity in India expansion strategy Mix of technical and commercial responsibility Compensation Fixed salary + performance incentives Travel reimbursement Bangalore (with travel to Karnataka and Kerala)
