n Job Summary

n We are looking for an experienced and innovative R&D; Chemist to develop high-quality cosmetic and personal care products for domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have robust formulation expertise, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and hands-on experience with export documentation, including CDSCO compliance where applicable.
n
n Key Responsibilities
n
n Product Development
n
n * Develop innovative formulations for skincare, haircare, men’s grooming, personal care, oral care, and cosmetic products.
n * Reformulate existing products to improve performance, stability, and cost efficiency.
n * Conduct laboratory trials, pilot batches, and scale-up activities for commercial production.
n * Source and evaluate new raw materials and ingredients from domestic and international suppliers.




n * Troubleshoot formulation and manufacturing issues during production.
n
n Product Testing & Validation
n
n * Conduct stability studies, compatibility testing, preservative efficacy, and performance evaluations.
n * Ensure formulations comply with BIS, CDSCO, and international regulatory requirements.
n * Prepare product specifications, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards.
n
n Regulatory & Documentation
n
n * Prepare and maintain Product Information Files (PIF), technical dossiers, and formulation records.
n * Coordinate CDSCO documentation and regulatory submissions wherever applicable.
n * Prepare documentation required for product registrations in export markets.
n * Generate technical documents including:
n * Certificate of Analysis (COA)
n * Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS)
n * Technical Data Sheets (TDS)
n * Ingredient declarations
n * Product specifi
