n Area Sales Manager General Trade (ASM-GT) | FMCG | New Launch
n Location: Ujjain, Madyapradesh
n Experience: Minimum 7 -10 Years as ASM in entire Ujjain
n Industry: FMCG
n CTC: Maximum gross up to 9 LPA + DA
n Roles & Responsibilities

- n
- Lead the successful launch of new FMCG products across Ujjain. n
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets. n
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors to strengthen the distribution network. n
- Increase numeric distribution, outlet coverage, and market penetration. n
- Drive retailer activation, merchandising, and in-store visibility. n
- Lead and mentor Sales Officers/TSIs to improve market execution and productivity. n
- Execute trade schemes, promotional activities, and sales initiatives. n
- Monitor stock availability, distributor ROI, and collection efficiency. n
- Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities and monitor competition. n




- Build robust relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. n

n Desired Candidate Profile

- n
- Graduate in any discipline. n
- Minimum 5-10 years of FMCG sales experience in the General Trade channel. n
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience as ASM or equivalent. n
- Strong exposure to distributor appointment and market expansion. n
- Experience handling the Vidarbha market is mandatory. n
- Exposure to new product launches will be an added advantage. n
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. n
- Willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory. n
