- Govern talent pool performance against SLAs and utilization targets
- Provide analytics and reporting on supply-demand trends and operational metrics
- Support financial operations with revenue reconciliation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals
Role Responsibilities
- Manage utilization, pool ageing, resource planning, and demand forecasting
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for timely fulfillment of hiring needs
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership visibility
- Use MS Excel for data automation and insights; Power BI/Tableau experience is a plus
