- Masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science.
- Proven experience leading a technical team out of India.
- Robust project management with agile development methodologies and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience and version control tools such as Git.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with AI model development, testing, and deployment best practices
