- Building HTML from scratch to replace prior Word email templates
- Setting up configurations in our products for new and existing onboards
- Reviewing data stratifications and identify anomalies
- Comparing requirements against data stratifications to identify gaps
- Other items as requested that support the implementation team's objectives

COLLABORATION:

- This role will report to the Manager of Implementation
- The Implementation team works 8am-5pm US Eastern Time (a hybrid US/IST is available)
- This role will work closely with Client Success Managers, Engineering, Data Services, Implementation Analysts, Business Leaders, and others as needed
- This role is a part of our Global Client Success department, which rolls up to IT

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS :

- College degree preferred
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Impeccable with follow through and follow up
- 2+ years of HTML experience
- 2+ years Microsoft Excel (as a power user)
