RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design architectural plans and layouts for various projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress.
- Assist in the selection of materials and construction methods.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any issues.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
