What You'll Bring:

- University graduate with a degree in Computer Science or related technology disciplines.
- 5+ years' experience on application support or application development.
- Proficiency in Windows, Unix, JavaScript and Shell script.
- Have Oracle and PostgreSQL database experience.
- Experience in software development in JAVA.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills in written and spoken English.
- Able to handle multiple tasks, self-motivated, reliable, intelligent, diligent, and possess good problem-solving skills.
- Mature, initiative, outgoing, and a good team player.
- 7x24 support operations (including holidays) and non-office hour customer communication.
- Remedy ticket management to meet HK SLA requirements.
- Report preparation to internal business users.

Impact You'll Make:





- Experience with Ms-Sql databases is an advantage.
- Experience with Splunk is preferred.
- Exposure to AWS / Azure cloud platforms is a plus.
- Solid knowledge and know-how in supporting .NET Framework/Java, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and operation management technology.
- Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD processes, tooling, and Docker technology.
- Adaptable and proactive integrity, with a cooperative mindset.
