Key Responsibilities:

- Regulatory Derivation & Deployment:
- Identify, interpret, and apply relevant regulatory requirements across the entire product line; ensure their implementation in design and development processes.
- Pre-Homologation & Certification Support:
- Plan and lead pre-homologation activities; collaborate with ARAI/VRDE for timely certification and standard compliance.
- Design Integration for Compliance:
- Work with design/system owners to convert regulations into actionable design mandates; guide system architecture to align with compliance needs.
- Regulatory Communication System:
- Develop and manage robust communication frameworks for regulatory updates, ensuring timely information flow across all relevant teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, sourcing, build, and validation to ensure end-to-end compliance of certified products.
- Vendor Compliance Management:




- Partner with sourcing and vendor teams to ensure third-party components meet all regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring & Reporting:
- Maintain a regulatory compliance tracker or reckoner; implement continuous monitoring tools and practices to track and manage homologation activities.
- Regulatory Research & Preparedness:
- Proactively research upcoming regulations and generate reports to support design readiness and early adoption planning.
