- Deep hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM and PeopleTools 8.57+
- Strong PeopleSoft administration skills, including deployments and maintaining application services
- AWS exposure: Experience with EC2, S3
- Proficient in Linux-based system administration
- Experience in provisioning, patching, and performance management
- Must be open to rotational on-call duties
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid System Engineering background with multi-platform systems
- Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies
- Effective at problem identification and resolution
- Familiar with WebLogic and Apache
- Experience in Shell scripting
- Knowledge of Quest STAT for migrations
- Worked with Global Support Teams for 24/7 applications
- Understanding of ITIL best practices
