- Lead the design and development of structural vehicle systems including frame, swing arm, handlebar, side/main stands, footrests, and grab handles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Simulation, Testing, Manufacturing, and Program Management to ensure optimal part performance.
- Create and manage Design Verification Plans (DVPs) in collaboration with simulation and testing teams.
- Interpret simulation and test results to iterate and improve design quality and structural performance.
- Develop DFMEAs aligned with DVPs to proactively identify and mitigate potential failure modes.
- Manage and update the Engineering BOM, design standards, and documentation of lessons learned.
- Identify and communicate design risks with proactive mitigation planning.
