Job Summary:

- Years of experience needed – 3 – 5 of IT experience with minimum 2 year of work experiences in Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Salesforce development, particularly with Service Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). You will be responsible for developing and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.

Skills:

- Salesforce Service Cloud Expertise:
- Deep understanding of Service Cloud features like Case Management, Knowledge Base, Service Console, and Omni-Channel.
- Experience with configuring and customizing Service Cloud to meet business requirements.
- Data Model management:
- Using Schema Builder to visualize and manage the data model.
- Creating and modifying objects, fields, and relationships.
- Creating and customizing standard and custom objects.
- Defining fields, field types, and relationships (lookup, master-detail etc).
- Lightning App Builder, Page Layouts & Record Types:
- Designing page layouts to control the appearance of records.
- Creating and managing record types to offer different business processes, picklist values, and page layouts to different users.
- Designing custom Lightning pages using the Lightning App Builder.
- Adding and configuring standard and custom components on Lightning pages.
- Validation Rules, Process Automation & Approval Processes:
- Writing validation rules to enforce data quality and business rules.
- Using formulas to create complex validation logic.
- Flow Builder:



Designing and implementing flows to automate business processes, including screen flows, auto-launched flows, and scheduled flows.
- Setting up approval processes to automate the approval of records.
- Defining entry criteria, approval steps, and actions for each step.
- Security & Access:
- Managing user permissions, profiles, and roles.
- Configuring sharing rules and organization-wide defaults to control data access.

Reports & Dashboards:

- Creating custom reports to analyze data.
- Building dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using declarative configurations, Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Implement and manage Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to enhance customer service and support processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform data migration and integration tasks using Salesforce APIs and third-party tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to continuously improve the platform.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications:

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (Nice to have)

Soft Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
