Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in developing Java applications
- Strong knowledge of Core Java concepts including OOPs, Multithreading, Collections, Exception Handling, and I/O Operations
- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts
- Experience in developing web applications using JSP, Servlets, and JSF
- Experience in working with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in working with Agile methodologies
