- PEGA with rich experience with multiple design techniques and building PEGA automation flows for STP. having PEGA 8.x & above exposure along with Smart Investigate framework and Payment domain flow automation experience.
- Working proficiency in Pega toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks.
- Working proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines and demonstrates understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement of Software.
- Good to have Robust understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, application resiliency and security.
- Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages
- Ability to work in small, collaborative, agile teams to achieve organizational goals
- Passionate about building an innovative culture
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
- Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
- Hands-on Pega coding, implementing, and upgrading experience
- Smart Investigate experience / Pega rules process commander / PRPC
- Business Process Management
- Oracle PL/SQL database experience preferred but not required
