Location: Bangalore / Chennai
Experience: 5–10 Years
CTC: Up to ₹20 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Analyst to support and optimize an enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. The role involves Salesforce administration, governance, security, integrations, DevOps support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong Salesforce administration experience, good understanding of Salesforce security and integrations, and excellent communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Salesforce environments across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

- Implement and maintain Salesforce governance standards and best practices.

- Monitor system health, data quality, platform usage, reports, and dashboards.

- Support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms such as MuleSoft, ServiceNow, SAP, Splunk, Azure, and GCP.

- Provide L2 support for configuration, access management, automation, and user issues.

- Troubleshoot Salesforce configuration, security, and integration-related issues.

- Support Salesforce security assessments using Health Check and other assessment frameworks.

- Identify and implement improvements to Salesforce security scores and maturity levels.

- Assist with performance tuning and platform reliability initiatives.

- Support Salesforce release management, testing, validation, and deployment activities.

- Maintain Salesforce governance policies, standards, SOPs, and support documentation.

- Maintain and update technical knowledge bases related to Salesforce business processes.

- Collaborate with architecture, governance, platform, and business teams on continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills





- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration

- Experience with Salesforce Administration, Integration, and DevOps tools

- Strong knowledge of:

- Salesforce Objects & Fields

- Validation Rules

- Flows

- Reports & Dashboards

- Strong understanding of the Salesforce Security Model and Access Controls

- Basic understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration concepts

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Git

- Exposure to multi-org Salesforce environments

- Basic knowledge of MuleSoft or other integration platforms

- Experience supporting Salesforce in an enterprise/governed workplace

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

- Salesforce Certified Administrator – Mandatory

Good-to-Have Skills

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer

- Salesforce Certified Security Specialist

- Experience with Salesforce security assessments and governance frameworks

- Experience with MuleSoft

- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

- Experience with Splunk or similar monitoring/logging tools

- Experience with Salesforce performance tuning

- Experience working across multiple Salesforce Clouds

- Understanding of enterprise integration methodologies

- Exposure to Salesforce DevOps and release management practices

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Equivalent professional experience in Salesforce administration and cloud technologies may also be considered.

Candidate Profile

- Strong Salesforce administration and configuration expertise

- Comfortable working in a multi-team and enterprise environment

- Solid troubleshooting and analytical abilities

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Strong documentation and process-oriented approach

- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Candidates should demonstrate stable employment history, preferably with 2+ years in an organization.
