URGENT HIRING – MBBS RMO

Location: Basti, Uttar Pradesh

POSITION

Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

QUALIFICATION

• MBBS from a recognized medical college

• Valid NMC / Uttar Pradesh Medical Council Registration

EXPERIENCE

• Experienced MBBS candidates preferred

• Candidates with Hospital, IPD, Emergency or ICU experience will be given preference

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide day-to-day medical care to IPD patients

• Conduct initial patient assessment and clinical examination

• Monitor vital signs, investigations and treatment response

• Attend to emergency and urgent medical cases

• Provide initial stabilization and treatment as per hospital protocols

• Assist Consultants during rounds, procedures and emergency management

• Promptly identify and escalate critical cases to the concerned Consultant

• Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital departments

• Ensure timely investigations, treatment and follow-up

• Maintain accurate case sheets, progress notes,



prescriptions and discharge documentation

• Communicate patient status and clinical updates during shift handovers

• Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment and follow-up

• Follow hospital, infection-control, patient-safety and clinical protocols

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Valuable clinical assessment and emergency management skills

• Strong patient-monitoring and decision-making abilities

• Ability to handle urgent situations calmly and efficiently

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Professional, responsible and patient-centric approach
