Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA MM-WM-EWM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP MM and EWM to lead implementation, migration, configuration, and optimization initiatives for enterprise customers.

The role involves working across procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics execution, and cross-functional SAP integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP MM-WM-EWM implementations and migrations.

- Design and configure SAP MM processes including:

- Procurement & Purchasing

- Inventory Management

- Invoice Verification

- Logistics Execution

- Stock Transfer Orders

- Subcontracting

- Batch Management

- Variant Configuration

- Configure SAP WM processes including:

- Inbound & Outbound Processing

- Cross-Docking

- Yard Management

- Transfer Order Management

- Configure and optimize SAP EWM solutions in S/4HANA environments.

- Define organizational structures and master data setup.

- Ensure integration with QM, SD, PP and FI/CO modules.

- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and customer workshops.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

- Support new implementations as well as optimization of existing SAP environments.

- Develop functional specifications and support testing activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP functional issues.

- Collaborate with ABAP, BW and Fiori teams for RICEF-related developments.

- Support AMS activities including incident, service request and problem management.

- Contribute to Pre-Sales, Solution Design and S/4HANA transformation/migration initiatives.

- Work with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Skills

- 12+ years of SAP MM + EWM consulting experience.





- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM experience.

- Minimum 3 years of experience designing/configuring MM-WM-EWM solutions.

- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA MM/WM/EWM.

- Experience in full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

- SAP S/4HANA MM/WM/EWM certification is mandatory.

- Strong expertise in SAP MM configuration covering:

- Procurement/Purchasing

- Inventory Management

- Invoice Verification

- Logistics Execution

- STO

- Subcontracting

- Batch Management

- Variant Configuration

- Solid SAP WM knowledge including Inbound/Outbound Processing, Cross-Docking, Yard Management and Transfer Orders.

- Strong understanding of Procurement, Inbound Delivery, Invoice Verification and Pricing processes.

- Experience in Procurement & Logistics Execution, particularly Inbound Transportation.

- Strong understanding of SAP organizational structures, master data and cross-module integration.

- Experience conducting customer workshops and Fit-Gap sessions.

- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- SAP Ariba experience.

- Exposure to ABAP, Fiori or BW development lifecycle.

- Experience with RICEF methodologies.

- Pre-Sales and Solution Design experience.

- Experience in S/4HANA Transformation/Migration projects.

- Experience in AMS/Application Management Services.

- Experience developing functional specifications and managing testing activities.

- Postgraduate qualification or equivalent qualified certification.

- Strong consulting and client-facing experience.

- Ability to independently manage complex SAP requirements and deliver solutions.

- Comfortable working with global customers and geographically distributed teams.

- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Willingness to work in a 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift.

- Candidates should be stable in their previous organizations; frequent job changes may not be preferred.
