We are hiring an IT Support Specialist for one of our clients in Gujarat(Gandhinagar).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end users

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues

• Install, configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals

• Manage support tickets and document issue resolutions

• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues

• Support AV equipment for meetings and events

• Coordinate with clients and vendors for technical requirements

• Handle onsite installation, configuration and testing of Eventech solutions

• Assist with user training and IT infrastructure support

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field preferred.
