Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AWS Connect + Claude AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered customer contact-center solutions.

The role involves working with Amazon Connect, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, Generative AI, RAG, and AWS serverless services to build scalable conversational AI applications that improve customer experience and agent productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, routing logic, and integrations.

- Integrate Anthropic Claude through Amazon Bedrock into customer-service applications.

- Build AI capabilities such as:

- Agent Assist

- Call/Chat Summarization

- Intent Detection

- Sentiment Analysis

- Automated Response Generation

- Develop RAG solutions using enterprise knowledge bases, vector databases, and semantic search.

- Build scalable APIs and serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and related AWS services.

- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms and enterprise applications.

- Develop, test, and optimize LLM prompts and workflows for accuracy and performance.

- Implement logging, monitoring, security, and production support using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and related AWS services.

- Design and implement scalable, event-driven architectures.

- Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, performance, and operational excellence.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Must-Have Skills

- 5+ years of relevant experience in AWS Development/Engineering, AWS Connect, and Bedrock.





- Strong hands-on experience building production applications on AWS.

- Advanced experience with Amazon Connect, including:

- Contact Flows

- Queues

- Routing

- Integrations

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock + Anthropic Claude.

- Strong experience in Generative AI / LLM application development.

- Expertise in Prompt Engineering and LLM optimization.

- Understanding of RAG architecture, vector databases, and semantic search.

- Robust knowledge of AWS Serverless services:

- Lambda

- API Gateway

- S3

- DynamoDB

- Event-driven architecture

- Strong programming skills in Python or Node.js.

- Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and event-driven systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Amazon Lex and Amazon Transcribe.

- Experience with contact-center or conversational AI solutions.

- AWS certifications such as:

- AWS Solutions Architect

- AWS Developer Associate

- AWS Connect Specialty

- Experience in the BFSI domain.

- Experience with vector databases such as:

- Pinecone

- Weaviate

- OpenSearch

- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and data privacy.

- Experience leading or mentoring offshore technical teams.

- Experience handling client-facing technical engagements and enterprise solutions.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Candidate Profile

- Strong AWS development and cloud architecture expertise.

- Practical experience building AI/LLM-powered enterprise applications.

- Strong understanding of Amazon Connect and conversational AI.

- Ability to work on complex technical problems and deliver scalable solutions.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Willingness to work in the 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift.
