Role Overview
We are looking for a Patient Referral Marketing Executive to build robust relationships with doctors and referral partners and drive patient referrals to Even Hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors and referral partners.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
- Generate and follow up on patient referrals.
- Promote Even Hospitals’ specialties, consultants, and services.
- Onboard new referral partners and achieve referral targets.
- Track referrals, conversions, and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare, Business, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the Bengaluru healthcare market.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
