We are hiring experienced US Mortgage / Title Insurance- Operations professionals for multiple leadership positions in Coimbatore.

Open Positions & Salary

Team Lead – Operations CTC: ₹7–8 LPA

Experience: 4–6 years in BPO/ITES operations, preferably with significant US Mortgage/Title Insurance experience.. with at least 1-2 years as TL

Assistant Manager – Operations CTC: ₹9–10 LPA
Experience: 6–8 years in BPO/ITES operations, preferably with significant US Mortgage/Title Insurance experience.

Manager – Operations CTC: ₹12–13 LPA
Experience: 8–10 years in BPO/ITES operations, preferably with significant US Mortgage/Title Insurance experience.

What We Are Looking For

Candidates should have strong experience in US Mortgage / Title Insurance Operations, preferably with hands-on knowledge of US Residential Mortgage Title Search and related Title Insurance products/processes.

Depending on the leadership level, responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day US Title Insurance operations and ensuring achievement of Quality, Productivity, SLA and TAT targets.
• Managing workflow, transaction volumes, queues, backlog, capacity, staffing and resource utilization.
• Leading, coaching and developing operational teams and driving individual and team performance.
• Monitoring quality trends, errors and audit findings and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
• Managing operational and client escalations and ensuring timely resolution.
• Participating in/leading client calls,



operational reviews and performance discussions.
• Preparing and reviewing operational MIS covering productivity, quality, SLA/TAT, volume, utilization, attendance and backlog.
• Driving process improvement, standardization, productivity enhancement and error reduction.
• Ensuring adherence to SOPs, client requirements, process guidelines and applicable compliance standards.
• Coordinating with Quality, Training, Workforce Management, Technology, Finance and other stakeholders for smooth service delivery.

Additional Expectations for Manager Level

The Manager will have broader responsibility for multiple teams/functions, client relationships, workforce and capacity planning, operational governance, cost management, revenue/profitability and overall business performance.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Relevant experience in US Mortgage / US Title Insurance Operations is essential.
• Strong understanding of Title Search and related Title Insurance processes/products preferred.
• Proven experience handling teams in a production-driven BPO/ITES workplace.
• Strong understanding of Quality, Productivity, SLA/TAT and operational metrics.
• Good client communication and escalation-management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and people-management capabilities.
• Comfortable working Night Shift / US Hours from office in Coimbatore.

Priority Candidates

Candidates currently working in US Mortgage, Title Search or Title Insurance Operations who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
