Position: Growth Manager – Performance Marketing

Role Overview:
We are looking for a senior Growth Manager who can take ownership of client growth and work closely with both clients and internal teams to scale campaigns and businesses.

You'll oversee the overall account strategy, including campaigns, funnels, landing pages, ad copies, creatives, offers, and conversion optimization, while ensuring teams execute effectively and clients remain aligned and informed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of growth and performance across assigned client accounts.

- Work directly with clients to understand their goals, challenges, offers, and growth targets.

- Develop and oversee strategies across paid ads, funnels, landing pages, creatives, and copy.

- Review campaigns and account performance regularly and provide actionable inputs to teams.

- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve conversions, lead quality, and overall growth.

- Coordinate with media buyers, copywriters, designers, landing page developers, and other teams.

- Ensure teams are aligned on priorities, execution, deadlines,



and client expectations.

- Act as the primary communication point for clients and build strong relationships.

- Analyze metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality to drive decisions.

- Proactively identify new testing and scaling opportunities.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, account management, or a similar senior role.

- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, funnels, landing pages, copy, and conversion optimization.

- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to guide multiple teams and provide clear, actionable direction.

- Strong ownership and accountability for client results.

- Experience with coaches, consultants, experts, or high-ticket businesses is preferred.
