Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong Scrum Master / Agile Delivery experience to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

The role combines ServiceNow architecture, enterprise integration, digital transformation, and Agile delivery leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesServiceNow Architecture & Platform Leadership

- Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions.

- Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate technical viability of proposed ServiceNow initiatives.

- Design migration strategies for transitioning workflows from legacy platforms to ServiceNow.

- Ensure ServiceNow solutions align with enterprise architecture, technical standards, security, and business objectives.

- Provide architectural guidance and promote standardization across ServiceNow implementations.

- Support ServiceNow CSM and ITSM solutions and related business processes.

Agile & Scrum Leadership

- Serve as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead for ServiceNow delivery teams.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:

- Sprint Planning

- Daily Stand-ups

- Sprint Reviews

- Retrospectives

- Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog.

- Ensure user stories are clearly defined and ready for sprint execution.

- Identify and remove delivery impediments and escalate organizational blockers when required.

- Track Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, and release progress.

- Coach cross-functional teams and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum practices.

- Drive continuous improvement through retrospective outcomes and actionable improvements.

AI & Innovation

- Design and support the implementation of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, Agentic AI, and emerging AI features.





- Identify opportunities to leverage AI for workflow automation, decision-making, problem-solving, and process improvement.

- Explore integration of ServiceNow AI capabilities with enterprise SaaS platforms.

- Evaluate opportunities for AI-driven enhancements across ServiceNow processes and workflows.

- Support adoption of emerging ServiceNow capabilities and modern platform technologies.

Enterprise Architecture & Integration

- Provide enterprise-level architecture reviews and technical guidance.

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify integration and standardization opportunities.

- Work with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, Coupa, iValua, and Microsoft solutions where applicable.

- Ensure ServiceNow solutions follow appropriate enterprise integration patterns.

- Support modernization and migration initiatives involving legacy platforms.

Performance, Security & Licensing

- Work with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Predictive Intelligence capabilities.

- Establish monitoring and reporting frameworks for system performance and business processes.

- Review and optimize ServiceNow access-control structures.

- Support appropriate security controls while optimizing user access and licensing.

- Ensure platform configurations follow governance and security best practices.

Vendor Management & Quality Assurance

- Provide technical oversight and validation of vendor implementations.

- Review ServiceNow upgrades, configurations, deployments, and code quality.

- Conduct independent technical reviews and solution validation.

- Ensure implementation activities follow ServiceNow and organizational best practices.

- Track and address technical risks, quality issues, and implementation gaps.

Must-Have Skills

- 8–10 years of Solution Architecture experience.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.

- Strong experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and ITSM.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead.





- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing product backlogs.

- Experience coaching cross-functional teams on Agile ways of working.

- Strong experience in enterprise solution architecture and system integration.

- Experience with vendor management and solution validation.

- Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation projects.

- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies.

- Experience using or integrating AI-powered tools for workflow automation, decision-making, problem-solving, or process improvement.

- Strong understanding of IT service management, business process automation, and enterprise integration patterns.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to balance technical architecture responsibilities with Agile delivery leadership.

Good-to-Have Skills

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

- Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

- SAFe Scrum Master certification.

- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Predictive Intelligence.

- Experience with ServiceNow AI / Now Assist / Agentic AI.

- Experience with cloud platforms and contemporary integration technologies.

- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and enterprise applications.

- TOGAF or similar Enterprise Architecture certification.

- Experience with SAFe or LeSS frameworks.

- Experience in government or highly regulated environments.

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP, Workday, Oracle, Coupa, iValua, or similar enterprise platforms.

Additional Information

- Location: Singapore – On-site

- Candidates will be required to travel to Singapore within 30–45 days of onboarding, subject to completion of required documentation and formalities.

- The assignment will be based in Singapore for approximately 1 year.

- Salary will be paid in INR, with an additional SGD 3,500 per month toward accommodation and other expenses.

- Candidates with strong communication skills and international stakeholder-facing experience are preferred.

- Candidates with stable employment history, preferably 2+ years with an organization, are preferred.
