We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead large-scale operations in the US Mortgage/Title Services domain. This is a high-impact leadership role managing multiple accounts and driving delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple client accounts with a span of 100–150 FTEs
- Drive end-to-end delivery, quality, and client satisfaction, including handling escalations
- Bring deep expertise in US Mortgage Operations – Settlement Services, including:

- Post-Closing
- Recording
- Policy Preparation
- Curative





Conduct daily/weekly governance calls and huddles with Line Leads and Managers Analyze MIS reports to drive performance improvements and informed decision-making Own and manage P&L;, ensuring revenue growth and profitability targets are met Engage with clients through reviews, meetings, and strategic discussions

What We’re Looking For

- Graduate degree (mandatory)
- 10+ years of experience in Mortgage/Title Operations
- Proven experience managing large teams and multiple accounts
- Strong financial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Flexibility to work in US shift hours
