About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging and skilled designs for social media, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and print materials while maintaining the brand’s visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media posts, ad creatives, banners, brochures, posters, and marketing collaterals.

- Develop creative concepts and layouts based on design briefs.

- Edit, retouch, and enhance images as required.

- Create before-after, promotional, educational, and healthcare-related creatives.

- Prepare designs in required sizes and formats for digital and print use.

- Maintain consistency in brand fonts, colors, layouts, and visual style.

- Coordinate with relevant teams for design requirements and revisions.





- Manage multiple design assignments and deliver them within deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- - Quality and creativity of designs.
- Timely delivery of assigned work.
- Accuracy in design requirements and formats.
- Adherence to brand guidelines.
- Quality of image editing and retouching.

Skills & Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.

- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and CorelDRAW.

- Good understanding of typography, colors, layouts, and composition.

- Strong image editing and retouching skills.

- Creative thinking and attention to detail.

- Ability to work on multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
