About the Opportunity

A rapid-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) fashion brand in the premium athleisure and sustainable activewear space, we’re redefining how urban professionals connect with performance-driven style. We blend storytelling, data, and community-driven campaigns to scale brand equity across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube—while staying rooted in conscious manufacturing and customer-first values.

Role & Responsibilities

- Plan, curate, and schedule daily social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, aligning with brand voice and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor engagement metrics, identify top-performing content, and suggest optimizations to boost reach and conversion.
- Assist in developing UGC (user-generated content) strategies, influencer outreach, and community moderation to foster authentic brand advocacy.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to ideate visuals, captions, and reels that convert followers into shoppers.
- Track and report weekly performance dashboards using native analytics and third-party tools (e.g., Iconosquare,



Hootsuite).
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates, emerging trends, and competitor strategies to keep our content fresh and data-backed.

- Basic copywriting for social (captions, CTAs, hooks)
