This is a fulltime, on-site HR Recruiter role located in Vadodara The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing and driving full-cycle recruitment processes, which include sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates across various technical and non-technical roles. The individual will also build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, assist in talent acquisition planning, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. The role involves maintaining recruitment metrics and documentation while staying updated on the latest hiring trends and techniques.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract qualified applicants.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Solid knowledge of recruiting tools, job boards, and social media platforms
- Familiarity with HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience in the IT industry or technology-based recruitment is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
