Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of business processes and consistent service delivery. This full-time, in office role is based in Indore and involves planning and coordinating workflows, managing inventory and supply chain activities, and monitoring operational performance metrics. The Operations Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, supervise staff, implement process improvements, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also includes managing vendor and customer relationships, resolving operational issues,



and supporting senior leadership with reporting and strategic input.
Qualifications

- Ability to manage daily operations, optimize processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and overseeing inventory, logistics, and supplier coordination for automotive or related sectors.
- Experience in supervising staff, building effective workflows, and maintaining a safe, compliant, and quality-focused work environment.
- Proficiency in using basic business software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, ERP or inventory systems) and preparing clear operational reports.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle operational challenges in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience in operations or automotive industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, maintain professional relationships with customers and vendors, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
