HR Associate / Assistant to CHRO

Experience: 2–4 years

We are looking for a proactive, ownership-driven HR professional to work closely with the CHRO/Senior HR leadership and support both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.

What You'll Do

- Partner with the CHRO on HR priorities, action tracking, leadership initiatives and execution.
- Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave and HRMS.
- Support recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and manpower fulfilment.
- Handle employee engagement, employee relations and grievance resolution.
- Support payroll inputs, PF, ESIC, PT and statutory compliance.
- Assist with disciplinary matters, IR/ER, employee disputes and labour-related documentation.
- Drive employee engagement, retention and culture-building initiatives.
- Support HR events, employer branding, social media campaigns, employee reels and HR communications.
- Prepare HR MIS,



reports and dashboards for management.

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a energetic organization, Founder's Office, CHRO's Office or Plant HR.
- Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Psychology, MBA-HR or related field.
- Good understanding of HR operations, ER/IR, payroll and labour laws.
- Strong communication, employee-handling and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good Excel/MS Office skills; HRMS/Keka experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable with AI tools, Canva and social media.
- High ownership, confidentiality, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
