Role Description The Voluntee role is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, India. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of community initiatives, including coordinating activities, assisting with event logistics, and maintaining clear communication with participants and partner organizations. You will help gather and organize information, document field activities, and provide regular updates to the team. Daily responsibilities include engaging with community members, responding to inquiries, and ensuring that programs run smoothly and safely.



You will also collaborate with colleagues to improve processes, share feedback from the field, and contribute ideas for new or enhanced initiatives aligned with Voluntee's mission.
Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully with diverse communities.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and support events or programs effectively.
- Basic administrative and documentation skills, including familiarity with email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and maintain a skilled, service-focused attitude.
- Comfort with on-site field work, including visiting partner locations and interacting directly with participants.
- Demonstrated interest in community service, social impact, or non-profit work; prior volunteer or project experience is a plus.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to respond to changing needs and unexpected situations during community activities.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; further education in social work, humanities, or related fields is beneficial.
