Role Description The Chef De Partie is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, including planning, preparing, and cooking menu items to established standards. Daily tasks include organizing mise en place, ensuring timely service during meal periods, supervising junior kitchen staff, and maintaining consistent food quality and presentation. The Chef De Partie follows hygiene and safety protocols, monitors stock levels, assists with inventory and ordering,



and collaborates with the wider kitchen team to support menu development and special events.
Qualifications

- Strong food preparation and cooking abilities, with well-developed culinary skills relevant to a professional kitchen.
- Thorough understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and cleanliness procedures.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and other departments.
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment.
- Formal culinary training or certification from a recognized institute is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high quality and consistency in every dish.
