Role Description The Site Supervisor (Interior) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior projects at client locations. The position involves coordinating with contractors, carpenters, technicians, and vendors to ensure work is completed according to design drawings, quality standards, and timelines. The supervisor monitors site progress, manages material deliveries, verifies measurements, and ensures adherence to safety and compliance requirements. The role includes conducting regular site inspections, resolving on-site issues, updating project managers on status, and maintaining clear documentation and daily reports.



This position requires frequent direct interaction with clients to address queries, align on expectations, and support smooth handover of completed spaces.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong site supervision and project coordination skills, including monitoring daily activities, managing timelines, and handling multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of interior fit-out processes, including carpentry, modular furniture installation, electrical and plumbing coordination, and finishing works.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and interior drawings, measurements, and material specifications.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, design teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to identify issues early and maintain quality standards on site.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in interior design, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in interior site supervision or residential fit-out projects in Bengaluru or similar markets is an advantage.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Bengaluru North, with flexibility to manage extended hours when project timelines require.
