Role Description The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually engaging interfaces that support seamless user experiences across SaathApp's products. Day-to-day tasks include creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, refining user flows based on feedback, and collaborating with product and development teams to translate requirements into thoughtful design solutions. The designer will work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs, conduct basic usability reviews, and ensure consistent design standards across the platform. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bihar Sharif.




Qualifications

- Strong skills in Mockups and Visual Design to create clear, attractive, and consistent user interfaces.
- Proficiency in Prototyping and User Experience Design (UED) to develop, test, and refine user journeys and interactions.
- Basic to intermediate Front-End Development skills to collaborate effectively with developers and support design implementation.
- Experience using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and maintaining design systems or style guides.
- Ability to interpret product requirements, conduct or participate in user research, and apply insights to improve usability.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in an on-site team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience designing for web or mobile applications; familiarity with accessibility and responsive design best practices is a plus.
