Role Description The Tour Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing tours and travel itineraries. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating guided tours, managing bookings and reservations, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring all tour details are executed smoothly. The role involves providing timely customer support, handling inquiries, addressing issues during trips, and maintaining accurate records of itineraries, payments, and travel documentation. The Tour Coordinator collaborates with sales and operations teams to optimize tour packages,



support promotional activities, and contribute to overall service quality and traveler satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Strong guided tours and itinerary coordination skills, with the ability to manage group activities and schedules effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to handle inquiries, provide support, and interact with diverse travelers and partners.
- Experience in event management and tour logistics, including vendor coordination, bookings, and on-ground arrangements.
- Sales and upselling abilities related to tour packages, add-on services, and promotional offerings.
- Relevant experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality; a diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tours simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic office software and reservation systems; familiarity with travel platforms and CRM tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to dynamic schedules and traveler needs.
