Role Description The Junior Account Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This position involves supporting senior account executives in managing client relationships, coordinating with hiring managers, and understanding client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with job postings, maintaining candidate and client databases, preparing reports, and following up with clients and candidates to ensure smooth placement processes. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams, handling basic documentation, and providing timely responses to inquiries. The Junior Account Executive is expected to learn and grow in client servicing, recruitment support, and account management within a structured and supportive environment.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.




- Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes, with an interest in talent acquisition and client servicing.
- Good organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with using online job portals or CRM tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively, follow established procedures, and adapt to changing client requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Commerce, or a related field preferred; internships or prior experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service are an advantage.
