Job Description:

- Own and manage the product backlog ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

- Translate business requirements into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and user stories for Agile development teams.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented effectively.

- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, facilitate defect triage, and ensure timely sign-off on deliverables.

- Develop and execute adoption and change management plans to ensure smooth solution rollout and user acceptance.

- Deeply understand airport operations, processes,



and regulatory setting to provide domain insights and influence product strategy.

- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure product aligns with customer needs and industry best practices.

- Monitor product development lifecycle and progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

- Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback and analyzing product usage to enhance features and functionalities.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies as needed and ensure alignment with Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
