Job Description: Production Engineer Department

Job Summary
- Having Knowledge of SS/MS/CS Fabrication, Sheet Metal Fabrication.
- Background with Heavy Engineering / Pressure Vessels Manufacturing added advantage.
- Ensure shift running as per plan.
- Make plan with Foreman for three shifts.
- Ensure availability of material and other resources.
- Co-ordination with Purchase, Design, Sales if required.
- Ensure OTD (On-Time Delivery) of jobs.
- Ensure shift timings.
- Making shift schedule.
- Ensure updated drawings and consumable plan.
- Ensure availability of manpower, machines and other resources as per shift requirements.
- Data collection and analysis.
- NCR – RCA and prevention.




- Shop Floor 5S implementation and maintenance.
- Workmen leave management and manpower adjustments.
- SAP entries and related documentation.

Requirements
- Basic SAP Knowledge.
- Ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications Essential
- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Working in SAP workplace will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 4–5 Years for B.Tech / B.E.
- 6–7 Years for Diploma.
