Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have minimum 6+ months of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or Lead Generation Executive in a B2B SaaS company.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience generating outbound leads for US or UK markets through cold calling, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, or multichannel prospecting.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience working in an early-stage startup or lean sales team, demonstrating high ownership, self-driven execution, and ability to work with minimal hand-holding.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have hands-on experience using CRM systems and outbound prospecting tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce,



or similar platforms.

Mandatory (Skills): Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong cold calling ability, objection handling skills, lead qualification experience, and confidence interacting with international prospects.

Mandatory (Shift): Must be comfortable working the 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM shift to support US/UK customers.

Mandatory (Graduation Year): Candidate must have graduated between 2023 and 2025.
