nOneIOT is an AI-native IoT software company headquartered at T-Hub, Hyderabad, with an expanding footprint across New Zealand and Europe. As we scale into recent markets, we're looking for someone who can build and lead the sales engine that gets us there.

n The Role
nWe're hiring a Sales Lead to own the sales function end-to-end — the team, the pipeline, and the revenue number. This is a builder's role: you'll be shaping process as much as closing deals, and mentoring a team while staying close enough to the ground to know exactly where each deal stands.

n What You'll Do

- n
- Own and lead the sales team — coaching and performance managementn
- Build and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to closuren
- Own revenue targets and report progress against them to leadershipn
- Design and refine sales processes, playbooks, and CRM discipline across the teamn




- Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets (India, New Zealand, Europe)n
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align messaging and go-to-market strategyn
- Represent OneIOT in key client meetings, negotiations, and strategic dealsn
- Track market trends and competitor activity to keep OneIOT's positioning sharpn

n What We're Looking For
n
- n
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 1-2 years leading a teamn
- Proven track record of owning and hitting revenue targetsn
- Experience in B2B/enterprise sales — IoT or tech sales strongly preferredn
- Strong pipeline and CRM management disciplinen
- Excellent communication and negotiation skillsn
- Ability to build and coach a sales team from the ground upn
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage company environmentn
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plusn
