Arbor Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Workday HCM Trainer to join our growing team If you love teaching, mentoring, and shaping the next generation of HR Tech professionals, this role is for you. ?

? What You'll Do

✅ Deliver engaging training sessions on Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance, and Reporting.
✅ Design and update curriculum, course content, and real-world case studies
✅ Conduct hands-on labs, workshops, and mock project sessions
✅ Mentor learners and support Workday certification preparation
✅ Track learner progress through assessments and feedback
✅ Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and industry best practices.

? What We're Looking For

? Minimum 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM (Implementation, Support, or Training)
? Prior training, teaching, or mentoring experience preferred




? Solid functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Workday HCM Certification preferred
? Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field
