Role Overview

We are looking for creative professionals to support an AI-focused project by producing high-quality stylized 3D assets from briefs and visual references. This role is a strong fit for digital artists, 3D artists, and emerging creatives with a solid portfolio in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, shading, rendering, and material creation.

You will create and refine stylized assets across formats such as low-poly, voxel, handcrafted, and material-driven styles, while ensuring visual consistency and production readiness. A strong portfolio matters more than formal work experience.

CONTRACT: Contractor assignment, 12 weeks

COMMITMENT: Paid per completed task (1 task ~ 20-30 min)

LOCATIONS: Remote - Bangladesh, Brazil ,Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Turkey, Vietnam

PROCESS: Portfolio Review

NOTES: Start date: 31 August. Compensation is $3.5 per task, with average handling time of 20–30 minutes and estimated earning potential of approximately $7/hour.

Key Responsibilities





- Create stylized 3D models and digital assets based on briefs and references.
- Produce assets in styles such as low-poly, voxel, handcrafted, and material-driven.
- Build and refine textures including clay, fabric, paper, and textile-like surfaces.
- Apply 3D fundamentals including topology, UV mapping, lighting, shading, and rendering.
- Create consistent asset variations while maintaining the required visual style.
- Optimize assets for production use and efficient delivery.
- Document workflows and implementation steps where needed.
- Revise work based on feedback and project quality standards.

Requirements

- Strong portfolio showing stylized 3D artwork and material exploration.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: Blender, ZBrush, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite, or After Effects.
- Ability to create 3D assets with solid modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering quality.
- Understanding of topology, UV mapping, shading, and asset optimization.
- Familiarity with stylized or NPR workflows.
- Ability to work from creative briefs and visual references.
- Availability to complete project tasks consistently over the 12-week engagement.
- No qualified experience required; freshers and emerging artists are welcome.
