You will work with the COO on the operational backbone of the studio: coordinating engagements, tightening our processes, and helping the company grow without losing the plot. A high-ownership role for someone who likes making things run well.
What you'll do
- Coordinate client engagements and keep delivery on track.
- Build and improve internal processes, docs and tooling.
- Support growth: outreach, partnerships and the studio pipeline.
- Keep the operational and compliance basics tidy.

- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Highly organised, with robust ownership and follow-through.
- Comfort with modern tools (docs, spreadsheets, automation).
- A builder's attitude — you fix what is broken without being asked.
