Associate- Technology Vendor Management Gurugram, HR, India (Hybrid) **Job Description** Associate, Technology Vendor Management supports the monitoring and evaluation of technology vendors and contributes to effective vendor management processes to ensure compliance with contracts and alignment with organizational objectives. **Responsibilities** + Supports the monitoring and evaluating of vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements + Utilizes Technology Vendor Management tools to monitor and manage vendor performance + Supports documenting business-related needs to support desired contractual or commercial terms and negotiation strategy positions + Supports cross-functional teams to align vendor performance with organizational objectives + Supports the communication of processes and requirements of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual information to others within Technology + Collaborates and co-creates effectively with teams in product and the business to align technology initiatives with business objectives **Qualifications** Education Qualifications: + Advanced degree in Business Administration, Financial Management and/or comparable experience + 3-5 years experience in vendor management processes and tools, contract management principles, procurement processes + Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools + Knowledge of financial management, data analysis, and Information Technology services + Experience in technology project management + Experience in working in a team-oriented environment and hands on with latest AI tools and ability to adapt to changing requirements At American Express, our culture is built on a 175-year history of innovation, shared values (https://www.americanexpress.com/en-us/company/who-we-are/) and Leadership Behaviors, and an unwavering commitment to back our customers, communities, and colleagues.
