Handle order raising, pricing (manually using Advanced Excel), and order processing efficiently
Manage end-to-end order coordination including follow-ups with internal teams and clients
Prepare and manage shipment building, documentation, and release processes
Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate data and reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reports, etc.)
Work on EMR software for order tracking and updates
Handle export market clients and ensure smooth communication and servicing
Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays or issues
Requirements Requirements: -
- 5+ years of relevant experience in CRM / Client Relationship Management
- Strong CRM exposure with excellent client-handling skills
- Good knowledge of Jewellery Pricing & Costing
- Strong English communication skills – verbal & written
- Excellent Email & Chat communication skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills – VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables
