nThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial strategy, controls, and operations , while enabling data-driven decision-making through robust MIS, dashboards, and management reporting .
nThis role requires a hands-on finance leader who can balance strategic insight with execution , and bring structure, visibility, and financial discipline to a professional services business.

n1. Financial Strategy & Business Partnering

- Partner with leadership on financial planning, growth strategy, and profitability improvementn
- Provide insights on practice-wise profitability, client margins, and pricing strategies amongst othersn
- Support strategic decisions on expansion, new service lines, and investmentsn

n2. Management Reporting, MIS & Dashboards

- n
- Design and implement comprehensive MIS frameworks for the firmn
- Develop robust monthly/quarterly management reports n
- Build real-time dashboards for leadership with key financial and operational metricsn




- Standardise reporting formats for partners and senior managementn
- Ensure timely, accurate, and actionable insights for decision-makingn

n3. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisn
- Develop financial models for revenue projections and cost optimisationn
- Track performance against budgets and highlight key risks and opportunitiesn

n4. Accounting, Controls & Compliance

- Oversee financial reporting, books of accounts, and statutory compliancen
- Ensure robust internal controls and audit readinessn
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authoritiesn
