MG Tours & Travels is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Development Manager / Travel Designer to help us build exceptional tour packages and curated travel products for our clients.
n Key Responsibilities:

- Research, design, and develop innovative domestic and international tour packages and travel itineraries.n
- Establish and manage relationships with local vendors, hoteliers, ground operators, and tourism boards.n
- Monitor travel market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to refine product strategies.n
- Negotiate rates and contract terms with suppliers to ensure maximum profitability and competitive pricing.n
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product collateral and campaign strategies.n




- Design customized domestic and international travel itineraries.n
- Provide pre-travel and on-trip assistance to clients. n
- Build long-term relationships with clients and provide personalized service. n
- Develop and manage new products from concept to launch. n
- Conduct market and competitor research. n
- Manage product launches and go-to-market strategies. n
- Create tailored Hajj & Umrah packages and pilgrimage itineraries where applicable. n
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and local partners.n

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.n
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in travel product development, tour design, or itinerary planning within the travel/hospitality industry.n
