Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Panipat. This role involves managing day-to-day interactions with existing and prospective customers, responding to inquiries, and providing timely updates on project progress, timelines, and services. The Executive will handle customer feedback, support retention initiatives,



and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, preparing basic reports, supporting sales and follow-up activities, and ensuring clear, qualified communication across phone, email, and in-person meetings.
