? We’re Hiring: Functional Consultant (Enterprise Implementation)

We are looking for a Functional Consultant to drive end-to-end implementation for enterprise-level clients.

? Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, mapping processes, and delivering successful implementations across large-scale organizations.

? Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end functional implementation for enterprise clients
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD/FRD)
Translate business needs into functional solutions
Work closely with technical teams for execution and integrations
Conduct UAT, training sessions, and go-live support
Provide post-implementation support and process optimization

? Experience Required
3–5 years of experience in Functional Consulting / Implementation roles




Experience handling enterprise or large-scale clients is a must
Exposure to Accounting / Finance processes will be an added advantage

? Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of SQL /MySql is an advantage
