Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR & Admin Executive role based in Jamnagar. The HR & Admin Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies and legal requirements.



The role involves managing employee relations, addressing routine queries, supporting performance management processes, and assisting in payroll coordination with relevant teams. Administrative responsibilities include overseeing office administration, coordinating documentation, monitoring attendance and leave, and supporting facility management and safety protocols. The HR & Admin Executive will collaborate with managers and team members to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and support continuous process improvement in HR and administration.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core people processes and organizational policies.
