HR Business Partner (Lead Executive / Manager)

About the Opportunity
We are looking for experienced HR Business Partners to join our growing HR team. We currently have openings at both the Lead Executive and Manager levels. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent management, and HR transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.
Lead and support HR programs related to talent management, onboarding, learning & development, and performance management.




Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and grievance resolution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement HR policies, programs, and best practices.
Support leadership hiring and talent pipeline development.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications

Lead Executive - HRBP(Gandhinagar)
5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or related HR functions.
Robust exposure to employee relations, engagement, talent management, and stakeholder management.

Manager - HRBP(Ahmedabad)
8+ years of progressive HR experience with strong business partnering exposure.
Experience in organizational design, change management, talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives.
